This section will cover all the options that the 'Tools' selection offers for Analyst.
- InsightX2
- Selecting this option from tools will launch InsightX2 to view data.
- QueryX2
- This will launch the SQL based QueryX2 for advanced users.
- Change My Password
- Rather than going to user maintenance you can use this to update your password quickly.
- Address Book
- Manage user information or add people who receive reports.
- Address Groups
- Tanking multiple people from address book and combining them into one email list.
- Purchaser Site Setup
- Assign sites to a purchaser user for either Oil or Gas.
- Partner Sites
- Assign sites to a user from another company allowing usage of the portal and partner reports.
- Import
- Using templates you can mas import in data.
- Export
- Export a PowerTools PTX file.
- Fluid Levels
- Visualize the fluid levels that have been entered to PumperX2 per site.
- Fluid Level Summary
- Show a summary for a chosen period.
- Downcode Maintenance
- Modify down-codes for pumper use and manage existing codes.
- Meter Factor Editor
- Set a factor that will be available in drop downs on meter setup.
- BOF Factor Editor
- Set different adjustments for the Run Size, Tap Type, Orifice, and BOF factor.
- EHS Site Activity Definitions
- Setup different activity for EHS or Site.
- Facility Inspection Setup
- Create a questionnaire that can be used to monitor a site.
- APCE Inspection Setup
- Create a questionnaire that can be used for Air Pollution Control Equipment reports.
- Valve Type Maintenance
- Define different type of valves and codes.
- Water Hauler Destinations
- Setup destinations for disposal.
