Address Book

A list of company names and people are retained in the Address Book, this info can be used in other parts of Prams.

The Address Book assures that the spelling of company names and the names of individuals remains constant.

Once entered into the Address Book, these names will be available through drop down menus in any required panel.

Permission to access the Address Book is controlled in AnalystX2 > Admin > User Role Management in the general section.

By selecting Tools > Address book the following screen will appear:

On the left side is a listing of items currently in the Address Book. On the right side is detailed information about the address entry highlighted such as address, city, state etc.

The State drop down menu has two digit codes available for all US states.

Lookup Availability Options

You can make the Address book entries available for agency reporting, push reporting, available in purchaser ticket entry, and in water hauler site setup.

Agency Codes: Different agency codes may be assigned to the same address entry. An entry may have a Transporter code and/or a Buyer code. You may add an agency code by clicking Add Code, edit an agency code or remove an agency code by using the buttons at the bottom of the panel.

A comment section is available for user input comments. These comments will not be included in any reports.
