Monthly Partner Reporting
This section will show you how to create reports either by company or site and send them off.
In order to use this reporting tool three things must first be set up:
- Operating Company Maintenance - this will control what partners can be seen and the default company should have been set up when Prams was first set up. Use this if you have a sub company that reports to others.
- Partner Sites - This will determine the sites each partner will see and what the reports will look to when they are created.
- Address Book - This will contain the Company or Persons contact info allowing them to be picked under partner sites.
If all three have been set up then you can start the reporting process by going to Monthly Processes > Monthly Partner Reporting and the following screen will appear:
To the top left you can select the Operation Company and the partners and sites will be displayed.
Select a reporting period for the the report to narrow down to then either check-mark the partners or sites you want to appear in the report.
Once everything has been marked then select the "Create Report" button to generate the report.
You can then print, save, or send (If there is a valid SMTP server Set-Up).
