The EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and Site Activity Definitions allows defining the various types of activity specific to environmental, health, safety and other activities at a site.
My going to AnalystX2 > Tools > EHS/Site Activity Definitions the following window will open.
When you select add it will show up as a new activity.
Start by selecting the type, giving it a name and any remarks if needed.
