This page explains how to install PRAMS Focus on a supported Apple device, obtain access, sign in, and configure multiple logins.

Before You Begin

To use PRAMS Focus, you must have an active account with a company that uses PRAMS.

Ask your PRAMS analyst for the following information:

  • Your PRAMS-generated company name
  • Your username
  • Your password

If your analyst does not know the PRAMS-generated company name, contact PRAMS Plus Support:

System Requirements

PRAMS Focus does not support Android devices.

Supported devices include:

  • An iPhone or iPad running iOS 16 or later
  • A Mac with Apple silicon (experimental support)

Analyst Permission Requirement

Before a user can access PRAMS Focus, their PRAMS role must have permission to use the app.

An analyst or administrator must complete the following steps:

  1. Open AnalystX2.
  2. Go to Admin → User Role Management.
  3. Select the role that requires access.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the permission list.
  5. Locate Inspection iOS App.
  6. Set the permission to Allow Access.
  7. Select Save Changes at the top of the screen.

Repeat these steps for every role that will use PRAMS Focus.

Installing PRAMS Focus

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple device by selecting the following icon:

  2. Select the Search tab or magnifying-glass icon.
  3. Enter PRAMS Focus in the search field.
  4. Select PRAMS Focus from the search results. You may need to scroll to locate it.
  5. Select the download icon to install the app.

  6. When installation is complete, select Open.

PRAMS Focus is now installed and can also be opened from your device's Home Screen or App Library.

Signing In

Open PRAMS Focus and enter the following information:

Field Description
Company The PRAMS-generated company name supplied by your analyst or PRAMS Plus Support
Username The username assigned to you by your analyst
Password The password associated with your PRAMS account

The Login button remains disabled until all three fields contain a value.

Select Login. PRAMS Focus will verify that:

  • The company has an active PRAMS account
  • The username exists
  • The password is correct
  • The user has permission to access PRAMS Focus

After a successful login, the app retrieves the sites associated with your assigned routes and displays the Select Inspection screen.

Adding Another Login

PRAMS Focus can store more than one login.

  1. Select the cog icon to open Settings.
  2. Enable Allow Multiple Logins.
  3. On the Select Login screen, select + Add Login.
  4. Enter the company name, username, and password for the additional account.
  5. Select Login.

Repeat these steps to add more accounts.

When multiple logins are enabled, PRAMS Focus displays the Select Login screen when the app opens.
