Production Entry Order

By default sites are processed in the order they are created and this order is used by production entry and allocation processes. In certain situations you may want one site to be processed before another. This process allows you to define the order in which sites are displayed and processed.

Where can I find it?

You can find this process on the main menu under Site | Field Editor or by using the screen search at the top of the screen.

How do I use it?

First select the analyst using the dropdown. This will display the sites assigned to that analyst in the current production entry order.

Re-order the sites by clicking and dragging the sites as needed.

To find a specific site use the Find edit. Enter text that matches the site you are looking for an the first match will be selected in the site list. Use the up and down areas while in the Find edit to jump up or down to the next match.

When done select apply changes. If for any reason you need to start over select the Reset to Original Order button. This will reload the sites in the order they were in prior to making any changes.
