Where can I find it?

You can find this process on the main menu under Site | Site Search, or by using the screen search at the top of the screen.

How do I use it?

On the left hand side of the screen there are three columns: Search, View, and Description.

Identify the data elements you want to search on based on the information you have and check the checkbox in the Search column. You may check as many items to search as you need.

Next check the items you want to see in the results of the search.

Once you have specified what to search on and what to show in the results type the information you know in the Filter edit box at the top right of the screen. As you type the results on the left will begin to populate.

Note that some items you may search on may not be available in the results view. This is only sites are returned and multiple items such as tanks and meters can exist on a site.

What can I do with the results?

Once you have the found the site or sites that you are looking for there are three options available to you.

  • Open the site in Site Maintenance: To open the site in Site Maintenance just click the row the site is in. You will be transferred to the Site Maintenance screen and the site will be selected.
  • Export the results to Excel: To export the results to Excel click the button labeled 'Excel' at the bottom right of the screen.
  • Copy to clipboard: You can copy the entire result set to your clipboard by clicking the button labeled 'Copy to clipboard' at the bottom right of the screen.
