		+	*Period - The period the data in the file is for. Will be validated and then used to check against period in file for each record to be imported.
		+	*Import File - The path and filename of the file containing the skim oil information. Must be and XLSX or XLS file that contains three columns: Period, RRC ID/Permit #/Skim Oil Volume.
		+	*Allocate Based On - The method to use to allocate volumes for oil leases where more than one site exists for a specific RRC ID. When Oil Production is checked then the sites oil production for the month will be used to derive the allocation ratio for the skim oil to be applied. When Water Production is checked the water production for the month will be used.
		+	*Product To Update - Specifies which product on the site that will have its skim disposition updated. If Primary Oil Product is checked the first ordered OIL product will be updated. If Skim Product (if it exists) is checked then the process will look for the first ordered product that contains ‘SKIM’ in the name and apply the skim oil to it. If no products are found it will revert to using the first ordered OIL product.
		+	*Permit Checkbox - In PRAMS the permit number must be prefixed by a ‘P’. The process will automatically add this to the ID when attempting to resolve the site. If the permit numbers in the file already have this prefix users can check this box to skip this step.

		+	<u>Processing</u>
		+	The process begins when the user clicks ‘Start Import Process’. All parameters are validated and if there are any issues the user will be notified on what is missing or incorrect.

		+	While parsing the file each RRC ID/Permit number is used to resolve the sites that have that ID. The file may contain only one record with a specific RRC ID/Permit. Each site that is resolved will be displayed on its own line along with the volume of skim oil it will receive based on the allocation method specified.

		+	Once the file has been parsed and the skim oil volumes determined a final validation will occur that will populate the Status for each record. Any errors or issues will be listed and must be corrected. Any records which are ok to update will have ‘Ok to update’ specified as the status.

		+	To complete the process the user will click ‘Create/Update Skim Volumes’. Only records that are ok to update will be updated, all others will be skipped.
